What is HelloTech? HelloTech is an on-demand, on-site tech support service. Their fully vetted network of technicians provides troubleshooting support and in-person training for many different types of technology, including: computers, mobile devices, wireless networks, printers, TVs, home theater systems, and various smart home devices.

Working with HelloTech ias a technician, you will be a friendly, helpful face of HelloTech, and assist in making technology accessible to everyone. In this role you will: –

Provide on-site consumer tech support.

-Assist with technological problems you likely solve for your friends or family.

-Provide insight into the best tech products for your customers’ lifestyles.

-General IT support, networking, smart home device setup, and TV mounting.

Make the entire city your workplace! After you have signed up as a Tech, you can see messages by city dwellers who need your support. If a request syncs with your schedule, you can then accept these requests and get to work. But, ultimately, you are the one who will decide on how much and how often you prefer to work.
